ONCO X is bringing its own next-generation sequencing platform to Indian oncology in the coming months — engineered for the throughput, pricing and lab realities of Indian clinical practice.
Why NGS, alongside PCR.
Our PCR-based products — PulmoSmart, PulmoSmart Prime and LiquiSmart Lung — give us what most cancer patients need most of the time: fast, ultra-sensitive answers on a guideline-complete panel, running on the hardware Indian labs already own.
But not every indication fits inside a targeted PCR panel. Deep multi-gene comprehensive genomic profiling, tumour-informed MRD monitoring, and research-grade oncology genomics all need next-generation sequencing depth.
Rather than outsource that layer of testing, ONCO X is building its own — so that Indian oncologists have access to the same breadth of genomic information their global peers rely on, at a cost and turnaround that fit Indian practice.

Why we're building it here.
The economics of NGS in India are today what the economics of PCR-based testing were five years ago: theoretically available, practically out of reach for most of the patients who need it. We are building the platform to change that — and to close, again, the gap between what precision oncology could do and what it actually does in the country's cancer clinics.
